Brett Cassort is an award-winning landscape artist whose evocative oil paintings explore the delicate balance between hope and solitude. Originally from a small New York town near the Canadian border, Brett's early artistic endeavors began with sketching wildlife from Outdoor Life magazine. Surrounded by the natural beauty of dairy farms and woodlands along the St. Lawrence River, he developed a profound connection the outdoors which continues to influence his work today.

After a decade-long career in the hydroelectric industry, Brett made a bold decision to relocate to Southern California where he studied classical oil painting at the Kline Academy of Fine Art in Culver City. His work has been featured in juried exhibitions across Los Angeles, Dallas, Seattle and San Francisco; and was showcased internationally at the renowned LA Art Show in 2023.

Beyond his technical prowess, Brett's work has resonated deeply with viewers, offering ethereal beauty and introspection. Many have shared how his art has helped them navigate personal challenges, from grief to mental health struggles.
