Scott M. Fischer graduated with honors from the Savannah College of Art and Design
and since that time his brush has steadily been carving a path along the illustration
and fine art landscape.
Perhaps best known for his major contributions to fantasy
art through Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering, Scott has a long and storied
career.
His art has captured the imagination of millions and is found in many Dungeons
& Dragons books including The Monster Manual, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Player's
Handbook. His art also appears on over 150 Magic: The Gathering cards.
He is the silhouette
artist behind the #1 NY Times best-
Scott is a notable cover artist for; Simon and Schuster, Tor, Harper Collins,
Scholastic, Penguin, Del Rey, Random House, Daw, etc.
He is the regular cover artist
for Joss Whedon's 'Buffy-
His Children's book credits include 'Jump!' (Simon
and Schuster) with over 3,000,000 books in print, 'Twinkle' (Simon and Schuster)
and the 'Lottie Paris' series of books written by Angela Johnson (Simon and Schuster).
Fully
illustrated middle grade fiction credits include the New York Times best-
Scott is also well known in gaming circles for his contributions
to World of Warcraft, League of Legends, and many other games.
Scott has served as
a conceptual character designer for companies like Microsoft, The Cartoon Network
and Disney, on their TRON franchise.
